My sister, the knitting rock star

My sister is officially a knitting celebrity. If you subscribe to Knitting Daily, then you may have seen Erin as one of the 9 ladies modeling the Corset Pullover. Ah yeah, work it girl!

I hope all this fame doesn't go to her head, she's usually so down to earth. But more importantly, what kind of perks do you think her entourage (read: me) gets?

How fun! I saw her modeling pics as well. Keep us posted on any entourage perks. :)

hahahahaha...you are funny. Now the whole internets know my bust measurement. Quite liberating.

That was really an excellent post for Knitting Daily. I really learned a lot, so I really appreciate Erin and all the other women for sharing their measurements and modeling the sweater so we can all learn about fit.

I suppose Erin could knit you a version of the corset sweater to your measurements, but then you would need to model at Knitting Daily too. It's not easy being the sister of the famous! ;)

Wa-woo Erin! Hot stuff. I'm glad she stuck with her go-to head-turn knitting pose.

Don't yarn companies just send Interweave samples? I'm sure that Eunny wouldn't notice if just a few little teensy skeins went missing

(teasing, of course. I would never encourage anyone to thievery, especially yarn heists).

I can't help but do this ridiculous little squeal of joy everytime i see or hear Erin mentioned! She is like totally famous now!!! ;0)
Sadly, Kara, i don't think there are many perks for you, unless...well, you are famous by association!!!! woohoo! :0)

I saw her, I think she will take the celebrity in stride. Oooh, perks...

Seriously, that is so cool! And you are now famous by association :)

Hmmm I think the really problem is that you now might have to keep her ego in check, or she might have you and the rest of her entorage sorting out all the red M&Ms for her to eat ;)

just think--only two degrees of separation from that winsome cover model with the long neck--heh.

I definitely think you should get the rejected colors of any new Rowan sample yarns that are sent, at a minimum. Someone has to take in the unwanted yarns not used for the test patterns, right? :)

Seriously, I do think that you'll have lots of fun with your sister at IK. And in the meantime, I'll hang out in front of your house with my camera, to take photos of your modeling your knits, so you won't feel left out. :) :)

I noticed that and I thought it was so cool!

Also, I finished Thermal, thanks in part to your very effective cheerleading during my second sleeve whining, so thanks!
