TV knitting: Pushing Daisies

Well, it's official. My favorite new show of the season is Pushing Daisies. It is a magical hour of television. But how could a show that has Swoozie Kurtz in an eye-patch be anything but magical? Plus, did you see how tall that Lee Pace is? Swoon. (As a girl who is six feet tall, I notice such things.)

I think Pushing Daisies even has a shot to fill the hole in my heart left by my Gilmore Girls. I know, this is serious.

Keep posted for some IGK: Instant Gratification Knitting. After the ribbing of Tangled Yoke Cardigan I am in desperate need for it. Here's a IGK sneak peek...

I LOVED IT! Do you ever listen to the HP audiobooks? They're read by Jim Dale and he's so awesome! We were so excited to hear his voice narrating Pushing Daisies! Yay!

I agree, such a good show, I went in with medium to low expectations and I was more than pleasantly surprised.

I'm glad someone else mentioned the color, it seemed like everything popped of the screen.

Have you ever watched Wonderfalls? Cute show (by the same maker) that lasted only one season. He played the brother in that show. Totally worth renting, especially since he answered the door sans pants in one scene.
