Slowly but surely...

Progress on my Tangled Yoke Cardigan is going at a tortoise's pace. But my goal is to reach the arm holes by the end of this weekend.

BTW-Thanks for all the well wishes for Erin's Birthday. We had an amazing time just doing "Erin and Kara" things, even if it was only one night. We especially enjoyed the White Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle Cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory. However, when you load it with candles, it can become quite the fire hazard.

(As you can see, Erin takes her Birthday wishes very, very seriously.)

It is definitely a slow process, but worth it when you get to that elegant cable.
Looks like you guys had a great time.

Funny, it looks like we're at just about the same spot in the TYC. I'm loving it though--are you?

Looking good! I got to the armpits and then had to frog. So, it's slow going for me too!

Looks like we are leading parallel knitting lives. That photo of your TYC could be of mine (well, except for the color). Hang in there and I will, too! ;)

I love the yarn you've chosen for the TY cardigan. I'd like to knit that someday so it will be interesting to see your progress photos.

Glad you were able to share Erin's birthday! I know you must miss her a lot.

Tangled Yoke sure is slow going - I just kept telling myself "it's all in one piece, no seaming, it's all in one piece, no seaming" and it got me through. Of course, now I'm fighting the sleeves because I'm knitting the largest size sweater and the smallest size sleeve (beware, I've heard the sleeves run huge, and they did for me!) The yarn you're using is gorgeous - what is it?
