"Remember who you are."

That's what my Grandpa would religiously say every time we said good-bye. It was like his way of saying "Good-bye", "Don't be less than you are", and "I love you" all at once.

Well, Grandpa, I'll always remember. Thanks to you. I'm going to miss you so much.

My grandmother used to say "I love you more", and now that she is gone my mom, little brother, and I say it to each other. Grandparents are such a gift in life. You were so lucky to have him.

My Grandpop (great-grandfather) had a 'tag-line' too. He always told me, "Remember your old Grandpop loves you." Well, I still miss him, but I've never forgotten those words, and they comfort me when I need it. I hope your memories do the same for you.
