The great Liberty of London for Target haul

Of course, this weekend Target launched their much awaited Liberty of London line (at least by me and my equally obsessed and very awesome friend, Karen).

I might have picked up a little bit of this...

And a whole lot of that...

And you guys thought I would go crazy. Pah!

Umm, okay. I admit I didn't show a lot of restraint. But my shopping method was, "Buy now. Edit later." This is the, ahem, edited result.

In my quest to get everything I wanted, I ended up going to four (yes, four) Target stores. I also had my credit card declined cause apparently my credit card company considered my activity suspicious. I had to explain to them that, yes, all those crazy purchases were made by me, and not some impostor with fabulous taste.

The funny moment of the day happened when I talked to a sales associate asking him where the Liberty of London bedding was. After I walked away, he turned to his co-worker and said, "Someone actually knows what this stuff is." Oh silly man, he had no idea who he was dealing with.

I love what you got (especially those pillows) but I have to say that I love the crazy lady Target stalker stories almost as much! Ah, sounds like something I would do. Congratulations on a successful haul!

Oooh! You're so lucky -- I went to my local Target at 9 pm on Sunday and, I kid you not, it was completely picked over! I'm going to have to get what I want online, unless they restock. On a pretty tight budget at the moment, but was going to spring for a mug at least. Love love LOVE those pillows (and your couch!).

It looks like you had a good time. Buy now, edit later is always a good idea.

There is a part of me that wishes you took the picture of the pre-edited haul. That would have been something to behold.

Wow, I'm impressed!!! First, LOVE the pillows on your couch... they look perfect. Second, that table is just pure lovely! ENJOY!

Oh, and I did end up finding an umbrella when I went back to Target yesterday. And it was raining yesterday. Perfect!

You did so well!! Love that you were able to get the mugs and prep bowls. I never saw those at my Target stores.

I love your quilt and also that you got the lawn/leaf bag. I debated those (and the watering can and gardening gloves) but stayed strong. I did cave to the bucket hat, pillow, flip flops, and office supplies. Still deciding whether or not to keep the blue scarf though!

So much fun!! Now if they did Laura Ashley, I would go broke on the spot!!!!

I'll have you know that I did some damage at Target with the Liberty of London line.

Seriously, I bought a piggy bank. Why would I buy a piggy bank??

But it's cute!

i just got my self the cutest wallet today! (the blue one, i bet you know which one i am talking about) and i *really* wanted the same bag that you got (yellow floral) i am kicking myself for not getting it. i actually got in the car started driving away and when i turned on the radio 'London Calling' was playing! if target wasn't 60 miles away from me you better believe i would have turned around to get that bag!

4 Targets but SIX trips, lest we forget. You have a fabulous haul. And to think, I managed to get out of there with one simple scarf. I have so much more self control than you.

Okay, I'll be honest. When you said you'd been to 4 Targets I pictured it being purely in search of the scarves and the pillows. And while there is nothing wrong with this idea, I feel a little... relieved? that was for such a gorgeous haul.

OH MY GAWD! I wish we had Target in Canada! That stuff is beautiful. The little old lady in me is freaking out. It would look so beautiful in my "inspired by old ladies" house. (That's what my husband calls my decorating style. It may appear that he is scoffing, but in fact, he loves my style.)

Hahaha. Silly Target man. Send him to London and let him see the Liberty-madness. I have to salute your commitment to the cause: 4 stores and a credit card fraud squad onto you, that's dedication. I need to get to Liberty and see what they've got there, I don't think we get the whole range (whyyyyyy?!) but there's definitely some.

I purchased 10 pieces and thought I was out of control. I'm so glad that I found you and your blog!

I had no idea you were such a Target shopper! I love Liberty and love Target. I'm a bit envious of your ability to shop with abandon! I tried a few things on but they didn't work so well on a prego. I should have gone for pillows!
