Adelaide tested and approved

Today Adelaide and I took the cape for a spin.

Adealaide and I

There you go. The cape in action. I have to say, it works really well. It keeps me warm and the armholes are very ergonomic for bicycle riding. Winning!

A special thanks to Jeff for being my photo-shoot art director. It was his idea to go to Salt Lake's gorgeous City and County building--which is close to our work. Plus, I kinda liked being bossed around. "Again! Go back! Now over there!" Jeff, thank you for "getting" it.

Winning? Hahahaha.

This cape is awesome sauce!

That totally works!

Winner!

I have a feeling that it would look awesome with a pencil skirt. But a too-tight pencil skirt is cycle kryptonite, so you'd have to choose the skirt wisely.

The bangs--and the rest of the hair--are such a pretty color! The cape is perfect with them. :)

A cape is such a brilliant idea for cycling, and I love the fabric pattern (purple plaid! *heart*) and cut you chose. It's all so very classy.

These pictures could have come out of my parents' albums from the 70's, when they lived in England.

Sigrid said what I was going to say, but she is so right: with that cape, that bicycle, and that building in the background, you are so ready for PBS. You look like you just rode out of an episode of Inspector Lewis on the Oxford campus!!

Isn't it wonderful to be able to ride outside again?? :)

I know what you mean with the bangs - mine never behave properly. Your pics should be in a magazine...have fun peddling.
