Crafts, bicycles and other flights of fancy.
love!love!love! you have totally brightened my way. Every parking spot deserves a sweater like that (& yes it screams Kara)!
OMG. That is too funny. I guess now we know what to do with all those extra balls of yarn. Thanks for sharing.
That's great! Your Betty looks right at home : )
It is as if the heavens opened just for you. What a delight!
That is freaking awesome!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I have been wanting to do this for a while, but am not sure how. Do you knit a square and then knit it ON TO the rack? This baffles me. They are so super cool!
Elisa, Seeing this makes me want to do it too! I imagine you would knit a long flat piece and then seam it up the back once you wrap it around the desired object.
Oh that's wonderful! And makes bikes a little bit cozier.
Whenever I read something about yarn bombing, I think of you. Perfect stash buster.
It does scream Kara! Very cool!
That is so great! I love when knitting pops up on city streets like that :)
This is awesome. You should totally become a yarn bomber.
such fun yarn bombing!! Love it. looks like something from Dr. Seuss.
haha!! I love knitting graffiti!
That's super cute! Yarn bombing definitely adds color to drab things.
that is so cool! I totally want to yarn bomb my neighbourhood but i am too scared.
I've seen this in other areas of the country but never in So. Calif...I would be SO happy to see this in my town. You're lucky to have secret knitters who decorate the village.Nobody is interested here - I've checked.
I love it! My whole family is knitters and we always talk about yarn bombing something. I love the bike rack! Also...are you on goodreads? I just joined and know you like to read and I bet you have some great books. If you are, hit me up for a friend add! I'm under Rachele Alpine. :)
Did you do it yet? You know you want to!
Perfect for you!! I love it. I hope you are enjoying some good biking. Chris and I went yesterday, and did a rail trail in RI. I hope to post some photos soon. It was great to be out again.
I noticed a very similar style of knit-covering on a Boulder bike-share kiosk over the weekend. Knitting love must be in the air! :O)
That is my office across the street!
Amazing. PS You are crazy-town talented. At EVERYTHING. - MER BER
