She stitched it again.

So you might remember my mom, the wonder stitcher, and the gorgeous Paris pillow she stitched for me. Well, she has done it again! This time to commemorate our girls' trip to NYC last fall.

She stitched it again

How amazing is this? This is better than any souvenir you could ever buy.

New York pillow

And as she did with the Paris pillow, she included many little personalized details, like the plays we saw, the apartment we stayed at, and the places we shopped.

Just relish in the amazing details...

Love is in the details

Oh, what an amazing trip it was and now I have this pillow full of its memories. But there's one thing I don't need a pillow of to remind me: that my mom is my hero.

Wonderful! Want to eat your mom up. I'm curious about her process--did she just go to it or did she design them first? Ack, the talent that runs amok in your family!

Your mom is the cutest! I wish my mum made me one of these after our NYC trip. But I guess paying for the whole shebang was enough...

That pillow is AMAZING! Oh my gosh! Love, love, love! And I especially like that you have Purl Soho on it! I went to NYC in February and made my husband go there twice. I tricked him the second time when we were walking the next day and wouldn't you know, we were back in Soho! Ha! I was in love with the store!

Your mom IS amazing and I can see where you & your sis get your craftiness. I remember being totally envious when you got the Paris pillow and now that feeling is back! :) Will she adopt me? These are so great because they hold family memories & they must look so purty in your flat! LOVE them!
